1. Who we are

Chattomo is operated by Zahori Labs (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@chattomo.chat.

This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use Chattomo on the web and via LINE.

2. What we collect

• LINE account data provided through LINE Login and Messaging API (for example LINE user ID, display name, profile picture URL when available, and friendship status with our Official Account).
• Account & preferences you set in Chattomo (age confirmation, languages, level, companion settings, UI locale, timezone).
• Messages & related content you send and receive in LINE chats with your companion, plus derived memory notes and usage metrics needed to run the product (for example daily reply counts).
• Technical logs such as delivery/error logs for reliability and abuse prevention.

3. How we use data

• Authenticate you and connect your web account to LINE.
• Generate companion replies and related features using AI providers we configure.
• Enforce age gating (18+), friendship, onboarding, and daily quotas.
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Message content may be sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate replies and related product features. We do not sell your personal data.

4. LINE and third parties

LINE Login and Messaging are provided by LINE Corporation / LY Corporation under their terms. AI processing may be performed by cloud providers we select. Those parties process data under their own policies when acting as independent controllers or as our processors, as applicable.

5. Retention & deletion

We retain account and conversation data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. You may disconnect LINE or delete your account from the Account page. Deletion soft-removes your account and associated companion data from active use; residual backups or legal holds may persist for a limited period where required.

6. Your choices

• Update preferences in the dashboard.
• Unlink LINE or delete your account.
• Email us with access or deletion questions at support@chattomo.chat.

7. Children

Chattomo is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Template text may be replaced after formal legal review before public advertising.
