1. Agreement

By using Chattomo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by Zahori Labs (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@chattomo.chat.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old. During onboarding you confirm this. The Service is for adult language practice with an AI companion on LINE — not for minors.

3. The Service

Chattomo lets you chat with a language companion through LINE after signing in with LINE Login and completing setup. Features may include companion settings, daily reply limits, and occasional proactive messages. Free tiers and limits may change; paid plans (if offered later) will be described in the Product.

4. LINE requirement

Core chat happens on LINE. You need a LINE account, must authorize LINE Login, and should add our Official Account as a friend where required. LINE’s own terms also apply to your use of LINE.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, or content involving minors.
Do not attempt to abuse quotas, reverse-engineer the Service, or disrupt others’ use.
Companions are AI-generated fiction for language practice — not real people, therapists, or professionals.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI content

Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. You are responsible for how you use companion messages.

7. Your account

You may unlink LINE or delete your account from the Account page. Deletion removes active access to your account; some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability & changes

We provide the Service on an “as available” basis and may modify or discontinue features. These Terms may be updated; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Formal legal review is planned before public advertising.

9. Disclaimer & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Zahori Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
